To All Coaches:
The Bond will be $250.00 per team and is required before any jerseys or equipment will be issued out.
The reasoning behind the bond is as follows:
The bond will be given back at the end of the ball season once all jerseys and equipment have been returned. This is where we need the coach or team representative to persistently track down those people who take holidays or just simply are not worried about returning their jerseys.
The bond does not necessarily have to come directly from the coach or team rep it can be asked that each player on the team pay a bond to the coach or team rep which will be then used as the team bond. (i.e. 10 players @ $25.00 = $250.00 Bond) This will be left to each team to decide how they will manage the bond. Keeping in mind that each team will only receive their jerseys and equipment once the bond has been paid.
Bond Cheques can be made payable to Moose Jaw Little League and given to the Equipment Coordinator who will then hand them over to the Treasurer for safe keeping. Then once Jerseys and equipment are handed back in at the years end the bonds will be returned.
All- Star Uniforms will be handled in the same manner.
Moose Jaw Little League thanks you in advance for your cooperation.
